Privacy Policy

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and business relationships between KASHAYA GmbH, Zurich, and its customers via the online shop.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are displayed during the order process.

4th delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are only accepted if the goods are unused, undamaged and returned in their original, intact packaging.
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged are excluded from the right of return. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law apply. Obvious defects must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the goods.

7. Liability
Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
